Discovery Time

The number one predictor of success for your new home or renovation project is good communication. We want to learn about you, the site, your budget, and your vision for your new home.

Design & Refine

We can work with an existing floor plan and make modifications as needed or design an original plan to fit your needs and specific site. After gathering essential information, we will be able to establish a timeline, estimate materials needed, and determine a cost. You will review plans with one of us as your project manager, and we will walk through each phase of the project together.

Construction Phase

We will prepare detailed drawings, apply for permits, and order materials in phases. Our teams of craftsmen and trade experts will receive their schedules, and we will coordinate with inspectors to ensure quality and adherence to local codes. Your project manager will be available to discuss upcoming tasks or answer questions throughout the process. As your home is nearing completion, we will schedule a final review to go over details.

Complete & Follow-Up

Once your home is complete, we will schedule a walk-through to ensure everything meets your expectations. If there are any items that need attention, we will create a punch-list and address them. We are certain you will be happy with the end result…a home to be proud of, an oasis to enjoy.
